Turkey Ranch Wraps

A super easy, quick, balanced, and delicious weeknight dinner!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 box wild rice

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • whole wheat tortillas

  • shredded cheese


Directions:

  1. Make rice according to package directions.

  2. As the rice cooks, cook the ground turkey in a large pan.

  3. Mix the cooked rice into the large pan with the cooked ground turkey.

  4. Add the 1/2 cup of ranch to the turkey rice mixture and mix well.

  5. Serve in heated tortillas with shredded cheese like burritos. (Add veggies on the side for a balanced meal!)
