Turkey Ranch Wraps
A super easy, quick, balanced, and delicious weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 box wild rice
1/2 cup ranch dressing
whole wheat tortillas
shredded cheese
Directions:
Make rice according to package directions.
As the rice cooks, cook the ground turkey in a large pan.
Mix the cooked rice into the large pan with the cooked ground turkey.
Add the 1/2 cup of ranch to the turkey rice mixture and mix well.
Serve in heated tortillas with shredded cheese like burritos. (Add veggies on the side for a balanced meal!)
